Who: Rising 6th - 12th graders

Students will learn about basic cybersecurity, computer science, cryptography, and more throughout this week-long camp. The goals of the program are to increase interest in cybersecurity careers and diversity in the cybersecurity workforce of the nation, help all students understand correct and safe online behavior and how they can be good digital citizens.

There will be a lunch break and breaks throughout the day.

Participants from the summer camp will be invited to attend the post-camp event (tentatively scheduled during Fall Break 2023) which will feature intermediate cybersecurity concepts and lessons.

Inspiring the Next GENeration of CYBER Stars
GenCyber's mission is to grow the number of students studying cybersecurity in the United States. The program includes summer camps across the nation designed for high school students and teachers. The camps focus on engaging the learners with sound cybersecurity principles and teaching techniques. Camps are FREE and funded jointly by the National Security Agency and the National Science Foundation.
